Beaumont Church LLP is looking for a full-time Intermediate Legal Assistant with 3-7 years’ experience in the area of Wills, Estates, Corporate and Commercial.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Corresponding with clients, lawyers, and other staff
  • File management and diarizations
  • Preparing letters and documents from dictation
  • Opening and closing files
  • Assisting in drafting wills, probate forms, and estate documents
  • Preparation and maintenance of minute books, and filing annual returns
  • Preparing Statements of Account to clients 
  • Other tasks as may be necessary


  • Preference will be given to candidates with formal legal assistant training and prior work experience
  • Experience in Wills and Estates, Corporate and Commercial,
  • Must be organized, efficient, accurate, friendly and have the ability to take on new and challenging tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, meet deadlines and prioritize workload
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in a team-environment
  • Experience in general file and practice administration
  • Experience with billing and handling accounts
  • Excellent communication skills and client service orientation
  • Detail-oriented
