Daniel is a partner at Beaumont Church LLP, specializing in many areas of Property Law and Corporate / Commercial Law. These include:

-Real estate transactions, including residential, commercial and agricultural property;
-Lease negotiations on behalf of landowners for energy projects including oil and gas wells, pipelines, solar and wind farms;
-Other property matters including Conservation Easements, Access Easements, and Rural Subdivision;
-Commercial and Agricultural financing;
-Commercial and Agricultural leasing;
Business transactions including the purchase and sale of assets and shares;
-Incorporations and corporate restructuring;
-Contract review and drafting. 

Daniel was born in Calgary and raised on his family’s cattle ranch northeast of Cochrane, Alberta. Daniel graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Ancient and Medieval History in 2007, and completed his law degree at Dalhousie University in May 2011. After law school, Daniel articled with the firm of Boyne Clarke LLP in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, before returning to Alberta and joining Beaumont Church LLP in the summer of 2012, where he has practised ever since. 

Daniel enjoys working with his diverse clientele, which ranges from farmers and ranchers to Calgarians from all walks of life, and various small and medium sized businesses both in the city and the surrounding area. Outside of work, Daniel volunteers with various non-profit organizations, and currently sits on the board of directors of the Stockmen's Memorial Foundation and Quest Theatre Society. Daniel also enjoys spending time with his famiy and friends, playing golf, tennis and squash, and plays lead guitar in a local rock band.
